Processing Time

Shipping Destinations & Costs
- Free Shipping in Europe: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within Europe.
- Outside Europe:
Shipping costs for destinations outside of Europe will be calculated at
checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Our delivery times are estimates based on standard shipping practices.
- Italy: The estimated delivery time for orders shipped to Italy is 11 business days from the date of shipment.
- Rest of Europe: Delivery typically takes 10–18 business days.
- International (Outside Europe): Delivery can take 15–30 business days depending on the destination country's customs and postal service.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from YERMEENI. If you’re not, here is our policy for returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Return
- You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Some health and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To start a return, please contact us at contact@yermeeni.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Confirmation: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return.
- Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for
returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend
using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
Refunds
- Once
your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify
you of the approval or rejection of your refund. - If approved,
your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be
applied to your original method of payment, typically within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please
inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is
defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@yermeeni.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
